Financial Accounting and Reporting

Ensuring proper financial control of funds is paramount and we will work closely with you to ensure that Bank Accounts, financial records and all documentation and records are securely managed and available for inspection either in our office or through our online service.

  • Issue of service charge demands, Insurance demands, levy or Section 20 demands
  • Payment of contractors, suppliers and Insurers
  • Reconciliation of Bank Statements
  • Management of Bank Accounts, Reserves and Sinking Funds
  • Preparation of resident’s statements and account management
  • Apportionment upon sale of service charges
  • Assist with completion of any documentation for HM Revenue & Customs in connection with your accounts and with any information requested by your Accountant
  • Retain both, a hard copy and electronic version of the year-end documentation, for 7 years.
  • Document inspection available, upon appointment, for any lessee to inspect
  • Analysis of expenditure
  • Regular reporting on how much has been spent, on what and why
  • Regular reporting on monies due and from whom - Debtors
